The GreenLine variant of the QuickTherm underfloor heating also consists of easy-to-lay system panels and was developed for ecological renovations. The deflection bends GreenLine consist of a 30 mm wooden fibre insulation and are used to guide the bend of the QuickTherm MVR heating pipe in the edge areas. Each panel consists of three deflection bends, which are cut into the wooden fibre insulation. Just like the system panels, pipe ducts and insulation were combined to simplify laying of the underfloor heating. Heat conducting sheets can also be applied to deflection bends if required.
• Dimensions of panel (LxWxH): 1000 x 250 x 30 mm
• 3 bends per panel
• Suitable for the QuickTherm heating pipe MVR ø 16 mm
• Insulation material: wooden fibres WLG 040
• Suitable for drywawll constructions and screed

FAQ
Why do you offer only two heating systems?
QuickTherm and GreenLine underfloor heating are universal systems. They can be installed as floor, wall or ceiling heating and are suitable for various types of flooring. This is of benefit to you as the systems remain compatible, wherever they are used.
Which type of floor covering can I use with QuickTherm?
This depends on the desired floor installation. Depending on the installation (direct laying, dry or wet screed) various top coverings are possible. You can find an overview of possible variations here.
Which components do I need for floor heating?
This depends on the desired floor installation. Basically you need to calculate the system components according to the following key.
Per square metre of underfloor heating you need:
6,00 metres of MVR heating pipe
1,45 x system panels
0,25 x deflection bends
0,30 x filling panels
0,96 x heat distribution plates
1,00 metre of edge insulation strips
On top of that you need control components. You can find out how to select them here.
Alternatively you can also choose one of the QuickTherm complete kits. These sets are compiled to suit various floor constructions and flooring surfaces.
What distance do the heating pipes have when fitted?
The QuickTherm system consists of system panels. This means that the fitting distance of 166 mm is pre-defined for the integrated pipe ducts and is therefore automatically maintained.
How long can a heating circuit be as a maximum?
The pipe for a heating circuit is a maximum of 100 m. As 6 metres of heating pipe are fitted per square metre, one heating circuit can cover up to 15 square metres. Two or more heating circuits are laid in larger rooms.
What is the maximum length of a heating circuit?
The length of a heating circuit should be no longer than 100 m. As 6 metres heating pipes be laid per square metre underfloor heating, a heating circuit can cover up to 15 square metres. This means that two or more heating circuits are installed in larger rooms.
Do I need specialised tools for fitting my floor heating?
