Customer account

Do I have to open a customer account?
No, you don't have to. You can order from us without a customer account. Of course you are free to open an account anyway. This has the advantage that you do not have to enter your details every time you place an order.

How do I open a customer account?
You click on the left field at the top "My account". Click on "continue" in the menu that now opens. Then enter your data, accept the data protection rules with a tick and click "Finish Registration". You will then receive a registration e-mail as confirmation.

How do I change my data?
When logging on to the field "My Account" you land automatically on the dashboard. You can change all data and previous entries here.

How can I register as a retailer?
If you are a trader in the heating industry and/or a tradesman you can use the "Retailer Login" at the lower edge of the menu field. Once you have registered, we check your details and activate you. Then all your prices are shown as net prices.

Shop and ordering

Why is the QuickTec address shown in green on my browser?
We are SSL certified by thawte, which means that you access our page via encryption. This serves to secure your data..

Can I save my shopping basket and order later?
The shopping basket with your order is saved in your browser. The content of your shopping basket remains unless you delete your Cookies or clear your browser memory.

Do the prices shown in the online shop include VAT?
Yes, German statutory VAT is already included. It is different if you are registered as retailer with us. In this case prices are shown without VAT.

Do the prices shown in the online shop include transport costs?
No, they are not included. They are set according to delivery address and type of delivery and are therefore not stated for individual products. This is not important for our German customers, as standard delivery does not incur transport costs.

How can I pay QuickTec?
We offer various, convenient methods of payment. You can find an overview here.

How long does delivery take for my products?
We deliver within 2-3 working days after receipt of payment. We inform you immediately if there is any delay.

How and when will I be informed?
After completion of your order you receive an e-mail confirmation. This is also your order confirmation. You receive an payment receipt as soon as your payment has reached us and your goods have been dispatched.

How is my delivery dispatched?
This depends on the size of your order. We send parcels by GLS. We use various transport companies for the dispatch of pallets.

Can I have my delivery sent to a pack station?
No, that is not possible.

QuickTherm underfloor heating


Why do you offer only one system?
QuickTherm panel heating is a universal system. It can be installed as floor, wall or ceiling heating and is suitable for various types of flooring. This is of benefit to you as the systems remain compatible, wherever they are used.

Which type of floor covering can I use with QuickTherm?
This depends on the desired floor installation. Depending on the installation (direct laying, dry or wet screed) various top coverings are possible. You can find an overview of possible variations here.

Which components do I need for floor heating?
This depends on the desired floor installation. Basically you need to calculate the system components according to the following key.
Per square metre of underfloor heating you need:
6,00 metres of MVR heating pipe
1,45 x system panels
0,25 x deflection bends
0,30 x filling panels
0,96 x heat distribution plates
1,00 metre of edge insulation strips
On top of that you need control components. You can find out how to select them here.
Alternatively you can also choose one of the QuickTherm complete kits. These sets are compiled to suit various floor constructions and flooring surfaces. You only need to enter the required number of square metres and then choose the suitable control components.

Do I need specialised tools for fitting my floor heating?
Yes, we urgently advise this. You can buy all the tools you need for fitting our systems in the shop.

What distance do the heating pipes have when fitted?
The QuickTherm system consists of system panels. This means that the fitting distance of 16.67 cm is pre-defined for the integrated pipe ducts and is therefore automatically maintained.

How long can a heating circuit be as a maximum?
The pipe for a heating circuit is a maximum of 100 m. As 6 metres of heating pipe are fitted per square metre, one heating circuit can cover up to 15 square metres. Two or more heating circuits are laid in larger rooms.
